About Eric

Born in Fairfax – I have profound connection to and familiarity with this area. I moved to Fauquier County after getting married in 1993 and have been here ever since. I have seen many changes throughout the years, but I could not imagine living in a more beautiful area of Virginia. 

 

After college I began working in our family-owned waterproofing and drainage business that began in 1935. I worked in all areas of the business, ending with sales. After 65 years in business, we decided to sell the company. Once that chapter ended the next began in construction. 

 

In 2013 my wife and I began looking for a home in Warrnton. After looking at several homes, one kept popping up but it only had one photo. After looking at that single photo many times I drove by to look at the house - and fell in love. It was in need of some love and attention, but because of my background in construction I knew it was a diamond in the rough. After going through home buying and the process of a renovation I knew I had found my passion. 

 

My knowledge of construction has allowed me to assist clients in navigating the renovation process, as well as the purchase of an existing home to maximize their investment. Whether buying or selling, allow my passion for real estate help you through the process.
